JIL SANDER A/W11 - "WOW"

This collection sees the continuation of the pop colour theme from spring/summer, this time in the form of warm autumnal oranges and yellows. Heavy, industrialised wool suiting was the best example of this, helping to keep colour alive long into the cold winter months.

Staying with the theme of warm winter fabrics, quilted nylon is used to create jackets and shirts. I was particularly impressed by the short Amish-influenced jackets with their boxy silhouette.
