It's very hard for a man to wear make-up, without looking very feminine and ugly.
But I tried this funky black under-the-eye-liner.
I myself believe it's very cool looking and does not look feminine in any way..
I've only been out with it twice, once for a fashion show in DT Los Angeles and one time for New Years eve.. Both time it was a hit. I don't know how to do it myself, luckily my best friend is really talented at that!
